Carl is a sophomore at the College of William and Mary planning to major in Public Policy. He was inspired to join the SNaPP lab after spending his summer studying political polarization with Professor Settle in Washington D.C. As a new member of the Book Project Team, Carl is excited to examine the role of social media in a contemporary political environment that treats its parties like teams and labels it citizens according to allegiance. Outside of the lab, Carl spends his time playing for William and Mary’s ultimate frisbee team and working with children with special needs.
