Project Information for Participants

Project Details

The Social Networks and Political Psychology Lab is a collaborative environment where students are highly engaged with each other and with faculty to contribute to the generation of new knowledge about social behavior. We focus on the way that people communicate and interact about political topics. Our hope for this research study is to better understand what motivates people to become politically engaged.

Participation Details

  1. You will be emailed an online survey that you can take wherever you'd like and that should take between 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, if you prefer to take the survey on paper, we will mail you a copy and provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope to return the survey.
  2. The second part of the study will take place in the lab on campus and should take between 40-60 minutes. A member of the lab will work with you to schedule a date and time for your participation. Directions and parking accommodations will be provided if you decide to participate.
